Risk Management Audit

The objective of Risk Management Audit is to assess organization’s compliance with WSH (Risk Management) Regulations and bizSAFE Level 3 Requirements.

This audit is applicable to those organizations who are going for bizSAFE Level 3 and bizSAFE STAR recognition.

The SHMS audit will be conducted in accordance with the relevant WSH legislation and guidelines set out for each industry. The audit will evaluate the SHMS based on the WSH Act and its subsidiary legislation, as well as the following documents:

The Audit will be conducted by WSH Auditors employed by SAC Accredited Auditing Organization. The audit covers document review, site inspection on verifying implementation of risk control measures and interview of key personnel. Documents such as training certificates, OHS Policy, risk assessment procedure, risk assessment report, safe work procedure and related communication records will be checked during the audit.
